Own A Keyword On Google & Profit From It
Seth Godin is a great marketing guru and if you haven’t heard, you need to be subscribed to his blog. He’s got great marketing ideas and tips.
This morning he posted a great article which states a good point, instead of chasing the broad keywords in in Google why not own a unique keyword that is easier to dominate and develop a brand around it.
Here is this simple plan:
- Come up with a unique term or keyword (like Seths’ example “shoemoney”)
- Build your brand around that word. Write about it, talk about it, be it.
- Become #1 listing in Google for this keyword.
- Profit from it!
